William Francis Jacobs, Jr. married Marion Elizabeth Hatch in Winchmore Hill, England on May 6, 1970 and raised 3 children.  They have 1 grandchild.  William (Bill) passed away in 2011.  Marion lives in San Antonio, Texas.
