After years of marriage to Albert Jacobs, Mary Doll, along with Elsie and Edward, moved to Arizona.  None chose to return for Marie's funeral and  with the exception of AR Jacobs, who picked up the children from school each day and often visited with the family, the Dolls and Jacobs provided little support during the difficult times that followed. Evidence found during the research for this story confirmed that Mary's accusations of infidelity were unfounded and the damage is caused in the relationship of the families was all for naught!

In Arizona, Edward enjoyed a career as an aircraft mechanic and married Hester Barr late in life. Elsie enjoyed a doll making business and married Charles Bartlett who died prematurely.  She then married Victor Clements who also passed at an early age.
