George and Mary Doll raised 12 children: Adelia, Julius, Mary, Arthur C, Eugene, Clara, Getrude, Bertha, Florence, Ellenore, Alfred and Lillian. 

Uncle Arthur C. was big on eating healthy things and would prescribe things like grapefruit diets.  He advocated a water melon diet for some ailments but had a different standard for himself as he didn’t hesitate to enjoy Hershey bars. Uncle Art lived a long life and in his eighties could still stand on his head.
